Pesticide Residues and Environmental Toxicology Laboratory of University of Science and Technology Beijing is affiliated to University of Science and Technology Beijing. It is a provincial and ministerial laboratory authorized by a legal person. In October 2010, our laboratory was approved as the certification unit of pesticide residue registration test of the Ministry of Agriculture (Decree 1482 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China). After renewal of certification in 2014, the certification unit for agricultural registration residue test of the Ministry of Agriculture (Decree No. 2148 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China). In May 2019, it was approved again by the Ministry of Agriculture as an agricultural registration residue test certification unit (Decree No. 171 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China).

Pesticide Residues and Environmental Toxicology Laboratory of University of Science and Technology Beijing mainly undertakes pesticide registration residue test entrusted by enterprises, and undertakes the project of formulation and revision of agricultural industry standards (quality and safety of agricultural products) of Ministry of Agriculture. Since the laboratory was approved as a pesticide registration and testing unit of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2010, great progress has been made in all aspects of construction, and the quality of personnel has been greatly improved, especially in the construction of quality system. Over the past nine years, it has undertaken more than 200 pesticide residue registration test projects and more than30 pesticide residue maximum standard-setting projects.
